I am creating this post to see if anyone knows anything about the Crimson Trace grips in these pics. I have looked online everywhere and cant find any info on them. I have seen these only once before and that was on gunbroker. The only two things I know about these grips are 1) they were made in 2007 because they have a date on the inside and 2) these grips are not original to this M9. I bought them seperate and then installed them. It's kind of strange to me that they are tan and that they have the Beretta logo and not CTC. Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks,

I had the same pair in black on a deployment, gifted to me by a fellow psyoper who was redeploying. He'd gotten them issued by an ODA team he was attached to. They were worn, but zeroed and shot just fine. I passed them along to the next guy when I was getting ready to head home.

Lots of info here:

I've had to use CTC's customer service once and it was excellent. Give them a call and they can answer any questions you might have about their products.

I have five CTC lasers; all on Glocks so I have no direct knowledge of the grip panel style. I do know not all grip panel lasers are CTC and these don't look like any of theirs I've seen. But that really means nothing. You need to call CTC and get their take.

Did you look inside the grips for a brand name or logo?

Thanks for the info! I'll keep digging for more. I've never seen grips like these either but they are CTC. They're marked inside.

I had a 96 with crimson trace grips from around the same time frame. They were black but came from the factory on the gun with the Beretta logo instead of the CTC logo, as well. I have no idea when they switched to putting the CTC logo on there.

So I called Crimson Trace today and the lady told me that they sometimes do special things for manufacturers but she could not tell me any specifics about my grips. This is what I do know about them: they were made in January 07, they are LG-302 grips and I think they were put on the M9's because the guy I bought these from said they came from one and the grips on GB I saw were on a M9. It was factory new. Regardless of the history of the grips, I think I have a keeper! I took it out to the range this past Sunday and both the grips and the gun worked flawlessly and even got some compliments on it!
