Is it in stock?

CMMG at Aim - Out of stock.

Palmetto State Armory - Out of stock.

Model One Sales may have them in stock.

I have no idea as to the quality of either the DSA or the Model One Sales, but my Model 1 Sales .223 Upper is nothing in quality compared to my BCM & PSA 5.56 Uppers.

I finally just ordered a barrel (back-ordered) and am going to cannibalize my model one .223 upper for the upper receiver and bolt/bolt carrier.

i'm not sure if it's in stock.haven't called on it yet. i don't plan on ordering it for another month or 2 yet.

They're not in stock. Mine's showing up next week after a 3 month wait. DSA doesn't charge your card until it ships. If you want one, you ought to order it now, with a 3-4 month wait in mind.

+1

I ordered a SS 300 BLK upper Jan 7 & received product April 26. Unfortunately, the crown was a mess and had to go back for replacement (on their dime), which I received on May 11. The replacement upper was fine.

The wait was long, but I believe the final quality received was a great value at the price paid.

The following are of the final product received:

I tried it out with 20 rounds of Remington UMC 115 grain, 20 rounds of reloaded 147 grain M80 pulls and 20 rounds of Sierra 125 grain spire points (#2120). Both reload groups done in 5 round batchs of varying H110 powder weights. The upper was mounted on a plain vanilla lower built with a DTI M4 style parts kit & was used with a Spikes BCG. Function was perfect with all loads. Ejected brass was mostly thrown about 8' or so toward 3:30 - 4:00. I haven't sandbagged it yet to find the actual accuracy potential, but so far things are looking good.

I am in no hurry to receive it, I am waiting to get a couple bills paid off then order it. I'm glad to hear yours is good. Have you used it suppressed at all? I am planning on ordering an AAC 762sdn6 around September so it should be just about ready for pickup by the time I get home.

No suppressor, bought it primarily for supersonics but may try some heavy weight subs just for fun.
