DoubleStar 300 Blackout Upper - Any good?

I am looking for a 300 Blackout upper for my AR-15. I saw an ad for a DoubleStar Hunter Ar-15 A3 Upper for $390-400.

I never heard about them and I saw only one review and it was bad. Does any THRer have any experience with these uppers?
