Bought these three bad boys this month. CZ SP01, Matte Stainless 75b, and satin nickel 75b with black controls. Didn't mean to buy the satin nickel, its a boring story. Definitely keeping the SS and the SP01.

The SS 75b has the updated longer upswept beaver tail, rubber grips, ambi safety, and extended mag release like the SP01s, it's just missing the night sights and rail. The satin nickel 75b is more goldish in color than the SS, and is a regular 75b otherwise (shorter beavertail, plastic grips, one sided safety and smaller mag release.)

I live in CA so I can't even take possession of the stainless or satin nickel yet, so they are just sitting in the shop paid in full.

Very nice. Congrats.

I like CZs, I just don't shoot well with them. I do better with the clones. I've got a Witness and am serious about an AR-24.

Good luck with your CZs.

My CZ75B looks just like the second one down, I bought it a couple months ago and it has become my favorite shooter. It and my XDM are boringly accurate and reliable, they have really spoiled me to be honest. The CZ triggers get much better after a few hundred rounds too.

Beautiful pistolas!!!
With CZs, no such thing as 'overboard'... Enjoy!
IMHO... dump the Nickel and get a P-01!

haha. Nice collection.

I will be ditching the nickel for either a 75b SA or a shadow of some sort :) The P01 is next on my girlfriend's to buy list. I finally caught up to her in # of pistols we own.

If you're looking to get rid of the Satin Nickel in the future, I might know someone who will take it off your hands. :D

sweet collection ! At least you have 3 different CZs. THAT makes sense. I basically have 3 of the same, which doesn't make sense haha.

ah for some reason I thought the tactical on the roster was not the duo tone that they currently offer.

Captain,

I checked grabagun.com every day for a month and a single matte SS popped up for sale. I snagged it immediately, even though I had two CZs in the queue (the SP01 and the nickel).

The price was good even with shipping, the dealer transfer fee, and California Single Shot Exemption fee. I highly recommend grabagun.com

I've been checking all the major dealers. Buds sent me an email notifying me they got one in stock the other day, it wasn't 10 minutes to get to the computer and it was already gone. :cuss:

The store I bought mine from said that they can't sell CZ pistols. Despite very fair prices they said the guns just don't move quickly.

I just can't see it, is the CZ75 still an undiscovered bargain for many non gun forum guys?

I've seen and heard so many positive things about these guns I just can't understand how a shop would have any trouble selling them.

Shops in CA can't keep them in stock. They fly off the shelves. I had to do a good amount of hunting to find some. The shop that told you that is stuck in the past. CZs are hot hot hot sellers these days.

I bought it less than six months ago. Which is why I was confused.

Kiln,

Maybe you are right about the pistol only being popular amongst gun forum people. Here in CA though, we can't find CZs in stock and every shop I've talked to said they fly off the shelf.

The term 'overboard' is so subjective...I would say that I'm just getting started, and I see that you are off to a nice start as well my friend.

About 15 years ago I bought my CZ-75BD. Then I got a -75B in .40 Smith. Then I got a PCR. Then I got a .40 RAMI. Then I got a CZ-83 in .380 ACP. Then I got a -97 in .45 ACP. Then I stopped buying CZ pistols and started buying CZ rifles. I now own 6 of them. My latest purchase was a CZ-550 in 6.5x55 Swede. Yesterday I saw a very nice CZ double barrel shotgun in 12ga. I admit it. I'm a sick puppy (but I have some nice guns).

Hey I have a question that you guys can probably help me with but isn't big enough to warrant a new thread. Can the old spur hammer type be added to a new CZ75B or is there enough of a difference between them that they aren't interchangeable?

Don't add a spur hammer, add a new competition hammer from Cajun Gun Works. I am getting ready to order mine. It should make my 75 sweet!

You guys make me sick...with envy.

My PO-7 poly is accurate and very good shooter. I think it would do well in competition.
