unlike buying other things, just go on amazon and click
for example i like to buy a p238, after i figure out the configuration i want out of so many, ask around sure enough no dealer has it
go online it's hard to find the model i want as well
is there a gun's amazon?

There are several sites that sell guns online, they'll transfer them to a local FFL dealer of your choice. I only have experience with gunbroker.com, which is similar to ebay.

Just off the top of my head...

Budsgunshop.com
Cheaperthandirt.com
Impactguns.com

Did you really mean that "buying a gun is not always easy", which I can agree with, or buying a gun is "always not easy", to which I take exception? In my experience, all it takes is a lot of money.

thanks, i found something on impactguns, at least they have it, but their price pretty high
edit: actually not in stock :(

If Amazon sold guns and groceries I wouldn't leave the house...

I have not bought a gun from them but based on other purchases, try Top Gun Supply.

pretty much all out of stock :(
i am curious, why not bump up production if their guns are out of stock most of the places...

I have been watching the p238's on GB (gun amazon) the past few months. 2-tone's can be had around $500-550, HD's lowest price i have seen is $630.

What kind of prices are you expecting ?

i only jump when i see a good deal, and i don't buy 2nd hand since i don't like to take chances on guns, actually i almost never buy anything used...
problem is there's not a good company like amazon that has stock of all guns new

I just got a Black PM9 with night sights from buds gun shop for about $200 less than my local gun store. They have good decent customer service too.

Top Gun Supply is one of the best Sig dealers out there, but they are limited in their other offerings. My personal favorite at the moment is Grabagun.com. They have pretty much anything you could want, their prices are very good, they don't charge any credit card fees, and they have flat $5.99 shipping per gun.

The most important thing you need to do is check the SKU number listed on the sellers website against the SKU numbers listed on the gun manufacturers website to make sure you know what you are getting. It's pretty common to see errors on sellers websites in the descriptions and incorrect stock photos, buy most provide at least an SKU number which can easily be checked on to make sure you have the right model.

The prices i posted were for New guns.
I asked what price you expect to pay ? what is your good deal ?

If you are looking for a new 238 2-tone for $400 that would be more of a fantasy than a good deal ;)
