Remington 66 Rear Sight Parts

I have tried all of my usual sources for the elevation screw and washer, and have ordered the height adjustment screw from Numrich. I have hit a brick wall on the washer. Does anyone have a source for these or is it possible to fabricate one?

I had tried Jack First, and just sent an email to the gun garage.
