Nylon 66 Rear Sight Issue

I was sighting in my nylon 66 and the elevation screw came out and I can’t get it started back. Someone said there is a washer underneath for the screw to thread into. Any information would would be appreciated very much Tks

E-bay has the elevation screw and what looks like the threaded washer listed for $18.24 if that is what you need.
