I don't think it's hit dealer shelves yet. There have been a few test models sent out though. You can find a review Here. It's certainly an interesting looking rifle though, and I love the ability to use AR-15 uppers on it's lower.
 
Just picked mine up this week. Will post more later, once I've had some time to familiarize myself with it.
 
There are a few out. Seems like production numbers are pretty low right now. From what Ive read from the people that have them is that they are accurate and handle well.
 
Me, when it's time I'll have to get the 308 and 556 uppers at the same time.

Also look at the SCAR 17S. Designed around a short stroke gas piston and full monolithic upper, fully ambidextrous out of the box.

FN managed to keep the felt recoil low and keep the rifle light in a 7.62 rifle.
