Hey folks..can yall tell me some good websites that you all like, not to buy stuff necessarily, but that just has a lot of good reading material, articles, research, and that type stuff? thanks

What exactly are you looking for? Rifles, handguns, knives, ammo, Tactical, hunting, ....
Depending on what you would like to read up on there are many I could suggest.

I'm partial to www.thehighroad.org, myself.
No kidding; I was wondering if I would need to be the one to say it.

Seriously though, OP. If you've collected and retained all the information this forum has to offer, you know more about firearms than most people will ever know about anything. You could limit your reading to just the info in the thread stickies and it would take you months to get through it all if you put some time into it each day. I've been reading the info here for what my wife sometimes considers to be "an unhealthy amount," nearly every single day for nearly two years, and I feel like I've only seen the tip of the iceberg. God bless him, the late, great Dave McCracken filled the shotgun stickies with more useful info on shotguns alone than I knew existed on the entire topic of firearms.

I did not ask the original question but, Thank You all for the list(s).
I have used some and the new ones (to me) are very good.
THR is the best first source.... You just proved it.

Thanks,
Lateck,

Before I started reloading .308, I gleaned a lot of information from this dedicated precision long-range (1000 yards) website - http://riflemansjournal.blogspot.com/2011/01/cartridges-1000-yard-308-case-capacity.html

Has good information for 30-06 also - http://riflemansjournal.blogspot.com/2011/02/cartridges-30-06-update.html

www.pjmedia.com

Look at Victor Davis Hanson's stuff. He's a military historian, but does some interesting commentary on the decline of civilization in California.
