Failure rate (real world)

My 0.2 cents.
GLOCK 19, 3rd Gen. 15K plus rounds. 3 FTE's due to limpwristing. Rate of failure= 0.02%
GLOCK 26, 3rd Gen. 8K plus rounds. 1 FTE, same reason. Rate of failure= 0.0125%
Quite acceptable in my opinion.

I don't call FTEs due to limpwristing malfunctions that count against the gun. Nor short stroke jams. Those are operator error.

...round count between malfunctions should be measured in cases of ammo, not hundreds of rounds.
