my new Glock 17L is accurate by not reliable enough to digest all 9mm rounds. my rangemaster coached me to not 'limp-wrist' the 17L, keep it locked solidly on target so each round blows back the slide reliably.
I have gotten misfeeds and stovepipes nearly every round of 115 gr until he showed me the trick. But I'm not enthused about having a weapon that requires real technique to have it run smoothly. So, I want to play with various recoil spring rates.
I've found 11,12,13,14,and 15 lb springs available. OEM is supposedly 16 or 17 lbs.
Anyone know where I should start?
