Minute of "Bad guy" is easy to interpolate to "minute of Zulu" for my Martini-Henry 577-450, or minute of Viet Cong for my M-16, M79, M14, M60.

I always liked 'minute of felon' for handguns. I'll never be a bullseye shooter, but can defend myself if necessary.
