Where to Get B21 targets?

Palmetto state Armory has the black 100 packs for 19.99 and the green for 29.99. Shipping is like 18$ though. Still the best deal around.

That was just a quick example. IIRC, the top of pants area has been deleted on some of the newer version b21 targets.

Regardless, their are plenty of full size targets on that site and minimum qty's of 25 are easier on the wallet and no need for backers because many of the targets are on card stock instead of paper. They do offer some items on paper in the .18 cent range.
