Yup korth is going to be offering a revolver for $900 us it's a 9mm and the frame is actually built for 9mm not a 38 special with a odd cylinder
141jxw3.jpg it's a very modern looking revolver at that I'm interested in what it will do to the s&w a taurus market

I'll bet is has no effect on S&W or Taurus markets because of that price tag.

No way I'd pay $900 for a pistol that ugly...especially if it only shoots a 9mm. What's the point? The ONLY advantage it MIGHT have over a semi-auto 9mm with higher capacity or quick reloading capability is reliability. Still wouldn't pay that much for it...even if it is a Korth.

Woof.

That is fugly...

Lol, maybe a look at the other side will change your mind

or not...
good lord...is that a rail section behind the cylinder, or is that for, uh...aesthetics?
this is going in with the chiappa rhino as "so ugly that I kind of want one"
look at that though...supposed to be the industry's first 9mm speedloader.

This is the year of the 9mm Revolver !

There are now more 9mm revolvers available from more manufacturers than ever before:

S&W with 2 offerings the 986 and the 929
Ruger with the LCR
Charter Arms with the PITBULL
Taurus with the 905 (blued & stainless)
Korth with the Sky Marshall

And I'm going to count the Alfa Proj imports even though Dan Brown has been super behind schedule getting them so far.

On the one hand I applaud making a 9mm revolver that's actually sized to fit 9mm.

On the other hand, the idea of a "Sky Marshall" concealed carry weapon with a rail on one side is ridiculous. There's no place on a CC weapon for any add-ons and it's just going to make clearing a holster harder.

Shame they didn't keep the usual style of cylinder release. Although, the angle on that one may be better than anything from the American companies.

Still, it looks like something Charter would do. I wouldn't pay $700 for it if S&W made it, so I won't pay nine for it from Korth. I wonder if they considered that Americans with that kind of money can have custom revolvers built with whatever weird feature they want?

IS THERE A REASON WHY YOUR FINGER IS ON THE TRIGGER?
Safety first, don't break the 4 rules.

Strange looking revolver and not what I would expect from such a high end company.

I hate to say it but bubba with a bandsaw, a grinder, and a buffing wheel could take a notch out from under the barrel, get rid of the rails, and probably make it look better.

I can't believe I just said that about a Korth and meant it.

Wonder what reason they saw to make it. I mean, maybe people will buy it because it's a $900 Korth, and the fact that the company can make some profit is reason enough. But does it actually bring something to the table? Not that I can see.

Is that a polymer frame? Hard to tell.

Biggest thing it brings is that short cylinder and frame I'm also betting on a excellent action,
and as far as I know it's steel framed

I actually think it's pretty cool. I probably wouldn't pay $900 for it and I can't figure out why the pic rail section is on the right hand side of the gun. Lastly it should be a 4" barrel.

Still if someone gave it to me I'd shoot the snot out of it!:D

Oh wow...it is a rail behind the cylinder...I thought it was just a styling thing.

Its the most snag-o-riffic pocket revolver ever!
Someone should email them a link to crimson trace.

seriously though, looks those side rails and extra blubber under the barrel would come right off with a steady hand and a good mill. Re-contour the frame, strip that matte finish and polish then reblue it.
It would take a lot of work but I'll bet it that Korth could be made to look half decent.
I do like the rear sight. It looks adjustable, visible, and beefy.

Ugh! I wouldn't want that for even a third of the asking price. This gun actually makes a Chiappa Rhino look good.
