Good job on keeping the Shield, as you will improve with more trigger time....

I recently purchased a M&P Shield
I did not like the factory trigger which was too heavy. So, I installed the Apex DCAEK trigger kit. The trigger is much lighter, approx 5 lbs, and smooth.

I broke two personal trends getting this shield. #1 90+% of my pistol shooting is 40. I didn't own a 9, but the reduced recoil and extra capacity bested it. #2 I love my Glocks however I appreciated the much thinner Shield compared to the short and stout subcompacts Glock has. I guess what I am trying to say is your offer is only half tempting
