Colorado, until the 15-round magazine limit hit last year (incidentally, you wouldn't know it existed around here since no one is enforcing it, and hardly anyone follows it).

Yup. We were 10/10 until 07/2013.

But as mentioned, the mag restriction and UBC law really did nothing to curb FTF private sales or acquisition of >15 round mags. Well over 90% of the sheriffs stood in opposition of the laws, and expressed that they had no interest in enforcing them.

All it really did was cost the state the sales tax revenue on mags.

Bainter1212;

No, it's not my definition, only a consideration. I would never regard California as a firearms friendly state.

Except for 9 and 10, Ohio has got it.

Church CCW is allowable with consent from church leadership.
Gunbuster signs are enforceable only if you refuse to leave if asked to.

Actually so do does NY. The state; I doubt the City does.

Last I knew Wyoming even allowed concealed carry in banks. CB900F

All 50 states do except Montana and Nebraska. Montana does allow Open Carry.

7. The law is very specific on the type of sign and where the signs must be posted to be legal. Carry is allowed in Government buildings unless they have security at the entrances.
