PA hits all of those points. No.9 would have to include the phrase "...with a valid LCTF." But that would be no problem given having already mentioned CCW.

I would say Kentucky.

Also add

11. All NFA items allowed
12. CLEO must sign in 15 days for NFA.
.

Did not have to spend any time confirming much of the list in my home state, although we would actually meet several of the points - I live in Illinois.

Kentucky Not sure about all of 8 I don't go to basketball games . I think game is stupid . Same with football. Both a waste of time and money. I rather be shooting.

Washington is good by this list, but has the worst UBC law in the country.

Colorado Kevin noted
"Colorado, until the 15-round magazine limit hit last year "

And no more FTF transactions... should have been added to the OP's list. Background checks required now as well as the 15-round mag limitation.

Both Maine and New Hampshire have every one except #4. stand your ground.

However the Castle Doctrine in Maine extends beyond your house to your entire property.

OBTW...

you should have added to your list..

11. No ban on assault weapons
12. NFA weapons allowed (full auto and silencers)

And again... both Maine and NH have these too.

WI has virtually all of these plus machine gun, silencer and SBR ownership. You may quibble about "Gun Culture" and whether No Firearms signs carry the weight of law. If you are asked to leave a posted establishment when carrying and you do not leave, you can be charged with trespassing.

Fella's;

And we got to post #47 and nobody mentioned Wyoming. Last I knew Wyoming even allowed concealed carry in banks, Montana doesn't do that.

If you stop and think about it, legal concealed carry in a bank has go to be about the most effective deterrent to armed robbery thereof you could come up with. Who wants to stroll into the bank, pull a pistol and shout: "This is a hold up!", when the 52 year old gal in the next teller line can dis-enfranchise your right-to-illicit-riches in a very meaningful way? That is if the teller just doesn't hand you a 180 grains of .40 instead of paper money?

If that is your definition, then CA is pretty friendly......I can carry in a bank here. As well as a school (that might go away soon).
