Another thing to do is be sure to call them and not e-mail and probable not mail them. I checked my e-mail 10 times more today than I would normally and have yet to receive a response from that try at contacting them.
So be sure to pick up your phone and call and talk to a living person.
Well the only problem I had was the phone wait.
Called and told them of the problem. If you talk to them Bill was the guys name and he is sending me out a whole new resizer die. Goes in the mail today and I should receive it in 3 to 4 days.
Talking about customer service. They have my...
Thanks guys for letting me know and say they will cover it. They do not open until 10:AM my time so I will call them this morning and see how it goes. I will report back on the outcome and what they say.
Thanks Bush Pilot, I already had there phone number that came with the paperwork inside the die box when I purchased it.
I think my question is stated wrong ?
It should be how are they on there warranty and do you think they will replace the bad parts ?
I have never until now had a problem with RCBS dies and I have a new set of 44 Mag-44 special dies that have the decapping pin rod that stripped the threads out inside the sizing die. Only thing that needs replaced is the decaping rod and lock down nut that is stuck on the rod.
Do you think...
Heck I only shoot for sport and nothing special. I would be reloading for 12 and 20 gage and that would be all. I have a couple hundred hulls put away ( did not want to throw them away ) So I will just be reloading for fun and learning for now.
My brother in-law decided to get into reloading shotguns a few years ago and after a few hundred rounds decided it was not worth it.
Well he gave his press and all the extras that go with it to me this weekend.
Looks like I have something new to learn. I have never loaded for shotgun but I...
Now that is what I call service to the door. Thanks Missouri Bullets for the fast service. In my many years of reloading I have never order bullets and get them so quick. ( 2 days) !
First time order from them and they do not even give you time to put the payment in the notes of your check book before there shipped !
Let say this, they have a life long customer from me and I am waiting for the day they get into plated bullets as well.
Missouri Bullet I just read...
First off let me say " yes I have load data" and I can use it as I am willing to do but thought I would ask those who have done what I am about to start and find a happy ground for me to start with.
NOTE: I must be showing I am lazy right now and I am looking for another to do my work for...
OK guys I am getting ready to order some 9x18 bullets from Missouri Bullets that are 95 grain.
I have been thinking of using Bullseye powder with them but thought I would ask some here who reload the 9x18 what you use and the results you have received from your reloads.
These will be my...
Has hit the nail dead center. 303 Brit is about the worse I know for this. It can happen to new first time loaded casings as well. Please do as another suggested with the paper clip trick and check the casings before reloading them.
Just check before doing and destroy the ones that have...
Just a suggestion here since I do not have the bolt in front of me to know for sure. Why not use the assembly tool that should have come with your new rifle and check the firing pin protrusion for the correct extension?
It could be that the firing pin is out to much since you do say in your...
I just finished reloading 400 rounds of mixed brass 7.62x25. I used Unique powder ( 5.5 grains ) with a 98 grain bullet. Tested a few because I have not used these before and they worked like a charm for me.
I got these bullets from Natchez Shooters Supplies back in November when they had a...
I had the same problem. Call there customer service and they will replace them for you for free. And for the cost of shipping I would have them send me the steel ones made to replace the cast ones. I broke my twice. Had them replaced for free the first time. When they broke again I called and...
I will try universal as well. This was my first try with Unique.
I am one of those guys that some hate that want to get the most out of one powder that I can without having a powder for each caliber weapon I have. So when one powder works for me over a wide range of calibers i will stick with...
For giving good sound advice on the powder charge for my 45ACP using Unique powder. The charge was just what I was looking for to get out of plinking rounds. The 6.5 grains was perfect.
Now being new to using Unique powder I am a little disappointed in the dirt left behind with it but hey I...
