I have a G19 and was looking to give it some flash. Are the lone wolf slides and barrels worth the money? Will they improve accuracy by much? Or should I send the stock slide to CCR for refinishing? Also wolf says "may need minor gunsmithing" for their slides. Anyone use these companies?

I was watching this tonight and I noticed the rifles they were using were ejecting shells. Does any one know what they are firing or if the whole thing is staged? The rifles look like ar-15's firing non-lethal ammo. Local war games would be much cooler firing non-lethal ammo instead of paintball.
