I don't understand why anybody would fuss about a springfield when hk usp's exist. It's baffling that people would give it the time of day. It's like they actually made a concerted effort to engineer goofyness into it.

H&k usp is clearly the best pistol. I have a glock 27 and a usp .40. The glock seems cheesy in comparison but I like it. Usp is quality defined.

Forgot to mention the firing pin broke on my pt-22 after about 200 rounds. I mailed them the slide and they fixed it, but back when that was my sole pistol it surely was annoying.

I'm not a huge taurus fan. My first pistol was a taurus pt-22. Still have it but plan to give it away. I walked into a gun store last week and the owners were railing about taurus pistols being garbage. I will avoid taurus in the future.

The least useful round for me is the .45 acp. From what I've read it's just a slow heavy round with a rainbow trajectory, and mainly created so an old man named jeff cooper could shoot them through overpriced finicky 1911 guns and make fun of all other calibers.

It would be nice to work for hk, but I don't. I just think hk does better with less parts, and the 1911 does worse with more parts. And it's more $$$ to boot. Nevermind I'll exit the thread.

Fruity rhymes aside, you could put $2,500 into a 1911 and it wouldn't be as reliable as a hk usp. Of course, a nightstand isn't a muddy, gritty, place but the 1911 just can't hang when it comes to functioning perfectly every time like a usp in adverse conditions.

I don't think they're worth the money. You can dump $ into a 1911 all day long and it won't be as reliable as an H&K usp. For me, that's just the reality. No matter how pretty the 1911 might look at the gun shop.

I don't know if I'm a hoarder or not. I just searched for 3 weeks at numerous stores state wide and bought up all the .32 magnum ammo I could find. Which turned out to be 2 boxes of semi wadcutters. 40 rounds.
