In Oregon we’re (currently) not required to advise. But, I talked to a leo, who said to just provide the CHL with the drivers license when asked. He said he’d ask where it was, then proceed with why he stopped you. But I know some officers who are far more “authoritarian”. As stated: YMMV..

No guarantees on .40 range brass you pick up though. No telling how many times the bulge has been pressed out of it. Best to leave them where you see them so guys like me can dispose of them. :D
I use about 1 Tbsp Dawn, a .380 case full of citric acid https://www.amazon.com/Ajent-Citric-Non-GMO-Approved-Organic/dp/B015557E9O/ref=sr_1_7?keywords=citric+acid&qid=1551399062&s=industrial&sr=1-7 in enough water to touch the bottom of the tumbler neck. Tumble for 1.5 to 2 hrs.
Especially if he could be using it in action pistol in the future. A G19 is easier to conceal, though. And I personally think the Gen 5 triggers are the best yet in a Glock.
10 to 15 degrees below zero with 15 to 25 mph winds and the temps feel like -40! STRONG religious influence, and social rejection towards anyone wearing a belt without a western buckle, dry as the Sahara desert with hot winds in the summer. It is indeed a horrible place to live.
Check out Vince Evans work. His wife used to do the wood carving and he did the metal work. He's a maker with a very solid reputation.

I dug out some notes and my best group (3 rounds at .512" with 2 flyers [low left!!])was with 5.0 gr CFE-P pushing RMR 115gr FMJ's using Speer cases and CCI 500 primers. I seated them to 1.147-1.150" OAL and crimped at .3775. I didn't chrono these as I was playing with the 115gr bullets...
Me neither. I chrono'd a paper clip shot through my pro chrono at about 7 feet once using a standard rubber band as a sling shot. Recorded 192 fps and I think I could have bumped it up with a stronger rubber band. :) Unit worked perfectly.
OP: All good questions. One of my LGS is taking pre-orders with $100 down and retail at $499.99 ($399 + NICS when it arrives).
