I'm not worried about the ACP bulging as it's fully supported. I'm worried about magnum-load 45 colts bulging without the support.

So, I'm interested in picking up the new Redhawk 45 colt/45 acp but I wonder about the lack of support around the part of the rim on heavy colt loads where the cylinder is relieved for moonclips. It reminds me of the "not-fully supported" chambers in glocks. Has anybody seen any issues come from...

I have never shot the 30S, but I have owned the 36 for 4 or 5 years now, and it is an amazing pistol. It shoots better than my XDs, though it is not nearly as comfortable to carry. It's a clunker, but I love the little piggy.
