My name is Coop and I am a dummy. A couple of weeks ago I ordered a holster for my PCR from Allen at High Noon. After I got it I decided it didn't fit my needs. The quality was great, it was just me. After I returned it, I ordered another holster I was sure to work. THEN......One morning...
I just got back from shooting my new Valor and I likes it. It is a polished blued one and not only is it fun to shoot, but it's purtty too. Maybe I should get it the .45 caliber for a roomie.
I recently had a vision loss in my right eye and am trying to adapt to shooting a rifle left handed. This is about a natural to me as .......well, it's just weird. Has anyone else been down this road and how did it work for you?
I was playing the part of a prairie dog in 68 and the sniper shot low and left. The bullet and I both arrived at the bottom of my fighting hole at about the same time. It was silver in color and I'm guessing it was one of these. Brass case (BC)1908 Type L cupro-nickel bullet. Has anyone else...

After the post office sent my new Benchmade on tour of Texas, it's finally in my hand. On the backside of the blade it says.....First Production 12 of 1000
What is the deal on that?
I'm confused.......are .223 chambers cut with a longer leade like the Wydle chamber seen on some AR's? I had a Remington 700 in .223 that had a much longer leade than my Remington 700 in .270. Was that because of our lawsuit crazy society or did I just get a weird chamber?
Was the Vietnam era Case Bowie longer than the one offered now? The modern knife has a 9 1/2 inch blade, and I remember the older ones having a blade closer to 12 inches.....maybe more.
I was looking through the VZ grip website and they recommended using o-rings to help secure G-10 grips on 1911's. Is this another way to sell unnecessary stuff or they really needed?
Please forgive me if this question is too stupid to ask. I read somewhere that in loading a handgun magazine for home defense the first rounds should be hollow points, but after that the rounds should be fmj. The thought being if the BD was still alive he would probably behind cover.
