    P320 srt?

Seems like the P320 is a popular gun, does anyone know if it has a short reset trigger like some of the other models or if this is even possible. The only ones I have held, I believe were double action.

    Buying or selling a firearm

Can anyone recommend the best way to collect payment if you sell a gun advertised at a forum such as THR? I know the transfer would go through a FFL dealer, but I wasn't sure how the money end could be handled. I have used paypal for other things but not for firearms. Thanks for any help.

    S&W Mod 60-4 CTG

I guess that I'm not the only one that received bad information on my S&W MOD 60. I found this ad at "Gun Auction.com" site dated 2012. Model: Model 60-4, .38 “Chiefs Special” Stainless Target Model, and it sold for 489.00. If it didn't shoot so well, maybe? I agree with GARY A. as I have...

    Heirloom Gun Stories

My father gave me these when he started having symptoms of alzhiemers, not wanting to mistakenly giving them away to someone else. I have two model 70's that are unfired. one in .225 and the other in 30.06 ( from the late 60's ) The Colt is a 1909 Army in .45 long Colt, given to him by a friend's

Need help finding a good handgun

That's true but I figure if and when I get one it will be in either a holster or in my hand, so to me it's not a huge issue. I'm waiting to see the p320 sub comp. Good luck and Happy New Year.

Need help finding a good handgun

Semi Auto, have you looked at the Springfield Mod2 sub compact 3"yet? Steel slide, 9mm, great reviews. I handled one today and it was a nice fit and finish. I do realize it's a double stack but the size and ease of use for your wife might be a benefit. I also saw Sig is coming out with a...

    S&W Mod 60-4 CTG

I do believe the employee I spoke to misunderstood my question, but again he told me he was new. Identifying the gun brand was no issue, but I received conflicting info on the "CTG" designation. Thanks again for all the help.

    s&w 6906 replaces my p239

My father in law has a nice almost new 6906 and really likes it. I had a 915 9mm that I sold, and now It would be nice to have back. It also used 5906 magazines and shot really well.

Need help finding a good handgun

If you like the P226 would you consider the 229? It is smaller (3.9), but doesn't have a steel slide. I believe it's stainless with a hardened finish. (Nitron as per Sig) My wife is able to operate the slide and it is comfortable in her hands.

    S&W Mod 60-4 CTG

I have a S&W mod 60-4, and it says " CTG " on the barrel. I have seen mod 60's and 60-4 's. If anyone knows what the CTG stands for and if the gun will take +p ammo I'd appreciate the information. Thanks in advance.

    Rossi M88 value ?

My wife has a Rossi M88 .38 sp. stainless, 2" barrel that I bought new. Very low round count. My question is, she wants to sell it and I'm not sure of a value. We will probably replace it with a S&W .38 that belonged to my father. If anyone has experience with this gun or info I would appreciate...

Keep the p229 or go for the PPQ ?

Thanks for all the great responses. The Sig is just fine but I thought selling and getting another gun would free up some cash for possibly a CCP and a home defense/ range gun. PPQ and maybe a P320 down the road. Thanks Again

Keep the p229 or go for the PPQ ?

I currently have a P229 in .40, but am thinking about getting a PPQ in the same cal. My question is, should I sell the sig and get the walther? Or have both. The money tree out back hasn't grown in a while, so this is the dilemma. (My sig at purchase in photo ) Thanks for any input

Help me pick a new pistol!

The PPX seems to have the majority of your "must haves" and some of your likes. My .40 seems to work well so far.
