I was thinking, is .357 Sig a good carry?

Yes, it is a good carry. Though it is an expensive shoot. Ammo can be sparse, I suggest handloading if you're serious. I reccomend... drumroll... a Sig. Try 10mm before you decide.

    22 fun/range rifle

Winchester 62A. If you can't afford/find one, I'd go with a henry pump 22 which is similar, or a lever gun. Would only shoot my 10/22 if I were timed (such as appleseed) or hunting varmints (stray cats). Not much I can't do (or hit) with the old '62... once aced a woodchuck at 75 yards elevated...

Which .22 ammo is best between these two?

Never had a beef with M22... like it for plinking. Not sure what federal lightning is, but if its like Fed Spitfire, and I HAD to pick, I would pick federal spitfire. As others have said, keep it all. Have heard of quite a few bad ideas... but selling 22 rimfire for a holster is right up there...

    Kimber Revolver? Shot Show

P.S. any revolver claiming to be "revolutionary" while not including moon clips, IMO, is blowing smoke up our you-know-whats.

    Kimber Revolver? Shot Show

It's a six shot stainless 357 mag with low-pro dovetail (adj. windage) sights, that's the size and weight of most other five shot 357 snubbies. Included, as with all things engraved "Kimber", is a premium price point in the $950.00 range. It's hammerless and DAO, and for the price I would hope...

Do we have a Hi-Power Club?

Yeah I know what you mean. I thought it was a matte stainless when I picked it up, found out later it was a factory hard chrome. In my opinion hard chrome like this is the next best thing to stainless in terms of corrosion resistance. Excellent durability for a coating too. Stumbled upon the...

Proud Boer defense story NAA Mini explosion theory...

Thanks for the tip... though I am sort of new to web forums too, at least, it's been a while. I wasn't really looking for advice on ammo, I have selected many brands that suit my purposes, and the only time I'd even buy PMC is if there were nothing else... and probably never in a rimfire...

Proud Boer defense story NAA Mini explosion theory...

High guys, long time forum ghost, first time participant. What drew me in was the Proud Boer/SA defense story. I was intrigued as I recently bought (and have been carrying) the NAA Black widow in my jacket breast pocket, loaded with Hornady CDHP's. I had some thoughts on why the NAA mini...
