I was in Dunn's Sporting goods in Peavely, MO over the weekend. They had lots of all primers in stock as well as a full range of rifle powder. Only pistol powder was absent.
IMR4831 is too slow of a powder for 30-30. It is designed for large magnum type rounds. Place an ad and see if someone would be willimg to trade you something more suitable for 30-30. As far as the bullet weight is concerned, Hornady should have data available for that bullet/cartridge combo.

I like the plated X-treme bullets in my XD40. Very consistent and the price is right. I used mid level jacketed data to start load development. Results below for everyday practice rounds.

WOW!! Nice tumbler! I have thought about making something similar on a smaller scale that would handle a single 5 gallon bucket. It should be doable for way less than what the commercial units cost.
