HK, all the way!!! You can shoot .45 Supers in a stock HK .45, I wouldn't dare try that in a stock Glock.

Have a Taurus PT-92, great gun. Barrel is tight and it shoots 1 to 2 inch groups at 30 feet. Just as nice as the Beretta and has better safety features to boot.

Both are very effective rounds with the right loads. Personally, if I was gonna use a 9mm I would want a barrel that's at least 4 inches or longer. Since I wanted to carry a sub-compact with a short barrel, I went with a bigger bullet. The .45 ACP.
