There is a screw at the bottom of the front strap (bottom of the grip frame, trigger side). Make sure it is all the way in and tight. It is most likely your problem. Edit: the horizontal screw in this pic:

On a side note, you may want one but you do NOT want to fire it with anything other than Aguila mini-shells if it's a 12ga. I had a 16ga and my wrist still hurst just thinking about it...
