    Moving from CT to VA

Hello, I'll be moving to VA in a few months and was wondering if anyone has any information off the top of their head regarding the need to register firearms in VA? Also, any tips for transporting them to VA? I'm currently in and surrounded by unfriendly states. I'll do more research on...

    Warranty registration for online purchase

Hi folks, I would like to fill out the warranty registration for my new Kahr, but I'm not sure who to enter as the dealer since I purchased online at Buds. Would it be Buds, or the FFL that transferred it to me. Thanks for any clarification.

    Pocket auto with full grip?

Hi Everyone, Are there any short barrel, slim, lightweight handguns that allow three fingers on the grip? My last outing with the Glock 26 left me wondering if I should start carrying a .380 with a better grip. The recoil made rapid firing difficult and groupings were poor. All the...

S&W 642 crane to frame gap

Here's a question for S&W revolver experts. I bought a brand new, no lock, 642. It was just delivered to the gun store when I pounced on it. It's never been fired, dropped, or snapped open/closed. I didn't notice it at the time, but there is a slight gap where the crane meets the frame. I...

My only concern is I don't know how many rounds have been fired through it and subsequently...how much wear and tear the springs and internals have been through. Do any of you make a habit of replacing springs and such upon purchasing a used...

    PT-111 ribbed trigger guard???

I have a 3rd Gen pt-111 without an accessory rail. I noticed that the front part of the outside of the trigger guard is ribbed (or has grooves). Does anyone know the purpose of this? Is it there to facilitate a clip-on type laser since there is no rail? Thanks for any responses.

    Firing pin cleaning/lubrication question

I am curious as to how some of you clean...and possibly lightly lubricate, the firing pins and channels on your revolvers. How I would to accomplish this on my Taurus 850 without taking anything apart? I don't like the idea of leaving those areas prone to carbon buildup and rust, but at the...
