Come on? Nobody knows? I can't seem to find anything on the board about this.

    +p+ loads and Steyr M9

Can I safely fire +p+ loads in my Steyr M9? I'm thinking of carrying this as a self defense load only. Probably going to run through 50 or so rounds every 6 months or so to stay fresh on technique but other than that, mostly standard pressure stuff.

    Minor Fitting Req?

I'm trying to replace my Kimber Custom's sights with some three dots from Wilson Combat. Will this require "minor fitting?" If so, what exactly does this mean. I'm ok with tools, but I'm thinking that I don't have the right tools for this kind of work! Help?

    USP Good Price?

I have the opportunity to purchase a H&K USP40 NIB with 4 hi cap mags for $650. Apparantly the dealer bought too many of these a while ago and is trying to move them out. Good price? Opinions welcome.

    Newbie Question - Subsonic Loads

This is probably pretty elementary, but I haven't been able to find a definitive answer. Do subsonic loads (.22lr in particular) shoot any quieter than standard ones. I would think that they would, and many brands say that they are no louder than a .177 air rifle. What are your thoughts?

    Steyr Warranty Part II

I wrote earlier about the heavy and inconsistent trigger pull on my Steyr M9. Thanks to everyone for all of their help! I finally got a response from Dr. Aigner himself! He has stated that my particular gun (#0046XX) is indeed the old unrevised trigger and that all guns over 7000 have...

    Need help!

I'll chime in for the Steyr people. I'd suggest the M9 to anyone looking for a good carry piece. I just bought one about a month ago for $350 at a gun show in NC. So you can buy one with cash to spare. The ergonomics are hard to beat, and the axis is very low so aiming is natural. The...

    Steyr Warranty

I have an older model M9 (Serial #0042XX) and I believe that there have been several trigger revisions done since then. Mine breaks unevenly and is very heavy at the moment (about 8 lbs.) and I think the new ones are around 5. Spaceman, did you have to email or call Steyr in Austria...
