Does anybody know who is taking over for GSI for warranty work on Steyr pistols now?

Thanks

ODell's in Canada might be able to take care of you with spare parts. Steyr is still looking for an importer for their pistols here in the States. When I have contacted Steyr directly, they have referred me to O'Dell's in the meantime.

Steyr took care of getting me replacement recoil spring/guide rods a few months back. i sent them an email describing how i've spent several months getting the run around from GSI, CDNN, Dynamit Nobel, and expected that the warranty would be honored by some entity.

they also directed me to Odell Engineering in Canada for spare parts.
what kind of warranty work are you needing to have done, if you dont mind my asking?

I have an older model M9 (Serial #0042XX) and I believe that there have been several trigger revisions done since then. Mine breaks unevenly and is very heavy at the moment (about 8 lbs.) and I think the new ones are around 5.

Spaceman, did you have to email or call Steyr in Austria?!? I've been getting the run around by DN and GSI too.

To bad that things like this are happening........
The M40 I have has proven an excellent all-around pistol.

I liked it with the original trigger and the "re-call" trigger, for that matter.

Arinvolvo - I'm not sure what clie is, so I guess I'm not a user. What is it?
