I've got one. Very comfortable for a Kydex IWB. I like the adjustable cant so you can get it just where you want it. Conceals well too. I can conceal a Springfield XD .40 Sub-Compact with just a T-shirt.

I have a V-10 XD in .40 and have had no problems out of it. From what I hear, it's the 9mm V-10 that has the cracking problems. I do keep an eye out when cleaning mine for any crack formation though.

Some people are modifying a Glock bridge mount to work on the XD's for red dot mounting like this person did over on the XD board http://www.xdtalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=18676&highlight=steel+glock+mount. You'll have to trim some material out of the inside of the mount to make it fit...
