them things are a mess.tear it down and take a look at the gas block,and the operating springs.if looks ok clean it real well and lube all the contact points on the bolt. I had a blow by problem on my gas block,a little peening at the leak solved the "short cycling" problem...jwr

I have an older Walther PP in 32 ACP.great gun,easy to shoot,recoil no problem.Of the 25 or so handguns I own ,not counting a Beretta 21A or a Ruger LCP,the Walther is the easiest to CCW.
