I just picked up my new CZ-83 which will get some use as a CCW piece. I'm wondering if hollow points are the way to go. Does the 380 have enough oomph to make HPs effective? Will I be better off using FMJs and depend on penetration to get the job done? Maybe it'll boil down to which is more...

I'm going to pick up a new gun tomowwow. I've narrowed my choices to a CZ75B or a S&W M&P, both 9mm. I'm kind of leaning toward the CZ because it's SA/DA. It will be primarily a HD gun but also will serve as a sporting piece at the range. Any thoughts as to which to go with? Why?

Just picked it up this afternoon. Sporter weight bbl, camo stock, .223 caliber. Trigger feels like it's around 4 lbs at minimum setting. I like the looks & feel of it. Won't get to shoot it until Tuesday. Anyone know what I might expect? If it can do 1 1/2 moa I'll be happy.
