    I know it is, or was illegal to make a short sawed off shotgun. Without doing a search and keeping it easy. I can get a good deal on a 28" barreled 12ga. I want a 18". Is it legal to grind off 10"s. I'm in Las Vegas, NV. I know 18" is the legal limit, I think.
