CZ 75b compact might fit the bill. Other than that, you can get a keltec pf-9 or p11 new. As far as far as used guns go, you should be able to find a ton of used guns that meet that price, like nicer kahrs, some sigs (especially the p6), you might be able to get a new xd9sc to fit the price, or...

HK usp I think is rated for +p, at least I know the .45acp usp is actually rated for .45 super, so I am guessing the other calibers are overbuilt as well. As far as what isn't rated for +p, that is something to consult manufacturers and manuals about.

Haha. It happens. I've had that happen with loading my .300 RUM too low, and a bad primer that barely ignited the powder, but made enough pressure to push the bullet half way down the barrel.

Dan Wessons are great guns. I have a dan wesson razorback along with two kimbers (stainless custom II and a ultra tactical II). and personally I think the DW has a much better fit and finish. Although the kimbers matte finish is better for holsters, and hard use, since it doesnt scratch as easy...

I was at my local gun shop today, and I was looking at some of the beretta 92s, and I noticed that they had a new M9 for $519, also looking in the used section, I noticed that they had a barely used 96 vertec for $499. I was wondering if either of these are spectacular deals?

the witness is imported by eaa, which is fairly different from the IMI baby eagle. Although, they are both cz75 clones, so they may take the same mags.

Ive shot one in .45, it was alright. It reminded me alot of the G21 that I used to have, kind of floppy. But the truth is, a lot of polymer .45s feel that way. It was an okay gun overall tho.

The keltec PF9 would be a good choice, I have never owned one, but they are temping for the price. I have seem them sitting around $260 new. It is pretty much one of the smallest nines around. If the grip is too small though, you can look at the P11, which is the double stack version...

yeah I totally did not think of the 92fs, I dont know how that could have slipped past my mind. It is far cheaper than a 9mm usp
