Should ALL Felons Regain Their Gun Rights Upon Completion of Sentence/Parole?

Yes. I think we need a major overhaul of the "justice" system in this country and this is one of the things that ought to change. Sent from my LG-VS980 using Tapatalk

AR lower receiver parts kits question

I bought: PSA AR15 Lower Magpul MOE Mil Spec Stock Magpul MOE Handguard for $100. Obviously, I want to build an AR. I guess the first order of business would be to get a lower receiver parts kit? or buffer tube assembly? After doing research, because my technical knowledge of the AR-15...

    Mosssberg 100 ATR bolt disassembly

No. I think you have to take the firing pin out before tapping a pin out of the bolt which would allow the bolt to be completely disassembled.

    slam fire?

Never done it or tried to do it. I didn't even think about it being possible. I always thought that was just an airsoft gun thing.

    Everyone Should Own

I own: CZ-75 9mm Remington 870 12 gauge Marlin 60 in .22 Mossy ATR-100 in .30-06. I really don't care for the 10-22. At all. Any. Whatsoever. I would have to spend a disproportionate amount of time learning to shoot a .44 Magnum, I'm a really little guy.

Beware the man with one gun

    Kershaw Leek

I was just there and their site was down. :/ "Oops! Google Chrome could not find www.kershawknives.com" Seems to still be down. Edit: I can't get to the site anyways.

    Kershaw Leek

So, I was going to flip the clip on my Leek for tip-down carry. I messed up (destroyed and now lost) the screws that attach the clip to the knife. Anyone know what size the screws are or where to purchase replacements? I would send it in to Kershaw or whatever, but it's just not worth it to...

    Oh no!...PGO!

It isn't a 2010 coupe. If it were, I would say that in my trunk right now, there is a bike wheel, a toolbox, various radio equipment, a box of fired brass, and much more miscellaneous crap for any firearm to get buried under. I need to organize my trunk and tie all the crap down, but there is...

Beware the man with one gun

If the mechanic has a crescent wrench, then how many more wrenches does he need? Thus we see the weaknesses of such analogies. Hopefully.

    double vs single vs double/single

I thought every pull of the trigger pulled the striker all the way back and let it go. Isn't that a double action? Do I even know how Glocks work?

    Oh no!...PGO!

I drive a mustang. There is hardly a place for a fully stocked shotgun anywhere. I promise.

Beware the man with one gun

It sounds like an unlikely scenario that would be difficult to train for. It is unlikely that you will ever have to shoot anyone, much less be in a firefight with multiple BGs and are for some reason forced to use a firearm that is not your own. Difficult to train for: To be able to use any gun...

University of Texas suicide - Really an AK-47?

The only point I'm trying to make is that they don't have a dang clue what they're talking about. The statements reporters make about any firearm is typically incorrect.

University of Texas suicide - Really an AK-47?

You see, I don't know what to think. The police ID'd the rifle as an AK-47, but it's not as simple as AR-15 vs. M16. There isn't really a civilian designation for the AK-47 rifles. Often though, the media will refer to them as AK-47-style assault rifles or some such nonfact...

    double vs single vs double/single

I have a CZ-75b. It is DA/SA. I chose it because I wanted to keep my carry options open. I can carry cocked and locked or one in the chamber with the hammer down. I have decided that I like hammer down carry best. I don't like cocked and locked because I don't like the safety on if I need to...

    Oh no!...PGO!

Hmmm... it seems like handguns are inferior to rifles. Yet we acknowledge they have a role to fill. Why can't we acknowledge that PGOs have a place in the armory also?

    Oh no!...PGO!

I'd like to point out that PGOs happen to be a bit more compact that a stocked shotgun. I'd rather be shooting a stocked shotgun than a PGO, but I'd also rather shoot a rifle than a handgun. Sometimes, it's more convenient to carry a handgun (or more legal) than a rifle. Sometimes, it's be...
