    Mossberg 500 "tactical breacher"

Thank you, and thanks for trying. I came up empty as well. Thought maybe someone on here may have an inside track to somewhere.

Neither do I. Thanks for all your help. I hope your response isn't typical of this forum.

    Mossberg 500 "tactical breacher"

I just received a 500A for my birthday. I'm curious how I go about getting a breacher barrel for the thing. Mossberg was NO help at all.

How many actually carry after permit arrives?

Everyday since... I have carried every day since I've received my permit. Of course, with the exception of work (weapons banned at my place of employment).

    Powder for multiple pistol calibers?

I have used Hodgdon Clays for the last year in 9mm and 45 acp with good success. No troubles at all.

    Hodgdon Clays

I've had good luck with Hodgdon Clays in 9mm and .45 acp. Haven't had any trouble with the 9mm. Used 115 gr. JHP Berrys bullets with 3.5 gr of Clays at 1.12" OAL. Shoots fine in my wife's STI GP6. Accurate, with mild recoil. My .45 loads are 3.9 gr. with Berry's JHP 230 gr. bullets shooting...

    Pro 1000 shellplate trouble

Well, that adjustment is correct, and the press is operating properly. However, when the plate clicks into place under each die, some powder flakes jump out. I just wanted to soften the click at each station.

    Pro 1000 shellplate trouble

Hello guys and gals.... I have recently purchased a Lee Pro 1000 and had a question about the rotation of the shellplate in 9mm. When the thing rotates into each position, there is a definite "click" into place. This "click" causes some powder flakes to jump out of the charged case under the...

What clever little things have you "invented or discovered" that you can share?

Lee Pro 1000 in 9mm Also, when using my Lee Pro 1000 press in 9mm....I removed the priming station because I prime all my cases by hand. I installed the powder station in the front, bullet seater after that, and factory crimp die in the final hole. I noticed that as the charged case...

Lee Classic vr. Dillon 550B or 650

If you already have the dies for the Lee, why not get the Lee Pro 1000, or LoadMaster. I have the Pro 1000 and it has vastly increased my production efforts. I was like you and got tired of pulling that handle 4 times to make 1 round of ammo. Now, it seems like I'm hardly spending any time at...

    Powders for .45 Auto?

I have had great luck with Hodgdon Clays. 3.9gr. for 45 acp, can meter to within .1gr. from my Lee Pro Autodisk powder dispenser.

What clever little things have you "invented or discovered" that you can share?

Looking for a cheap, somewhat portable, reload bench? Go to a restaurant supply store and pick up a 4 seat restaurant table. The metal bases on those tables are heavy duty and the 1 1/2" thick particle board tops are covered with a laminate of some type. Makes for a nice work surface that can...

    Sig Trigger Question// STI GP6??

I was able to shoot about 30 rounds thru a GP6 last week at the range here in town. It really was a remarkable gun. Very accurate, nice recoil, very short trigger reset, and the trigger pull itself was smooth. My wife and I were so impressed that she is getting one for her CC gun.

What is the last gun that you bought?

    H & K H&K USP Compact 45.... picture isn't mine.
