I go mostly to piss the liberals off, because if you find something you can't live without, it can it can be bought in a FTF transaction without paying transfer fees or tax.
Summer, my carry revolver 649, 357 S&W with ISWB holster. Winter carry revolver, Ruger 357, GP100 ,4" barrel. I woul'd prefer to carry the GP 100 all year but summer clothing does not conceal it very well.
A Smith & Wesson 1006 is a very good 10mm. It is a bit heavy but tough as hell and will feed most any ammo. I should have kept mine but foolishly sold it trying to consolidate my calibers.

Paul Brickhill was not only the author of the book The Great Escape, he was also a POW at that Stalag. Just seems he would know the difference from a Thompson and some other SMG, but this camp was made up of Air Force Officers and they may not have been as familiar with SMG's as the ground...
In the book The Great Escape by Paul Brickhill there is often reference to the Germans guarding the American POWs with Tommy Guns. Did the Germans have Thompson machine guns? Where did they get them and the ammo?

I have been looking at a Champion Safe, since they are the closest to my home. What good or bad have have you heard about them? The one I am looking at weighs 1150lbs. It may not be big enough but I will have to make do. The price is around $1300.00. Good price or no?
In these times anyone with a number of weapons needs a safe. Every time I get the money to buy one I end up spending the money on a new gun. Does any one have the same problem?
Actually the nickel pistol has only slight wear on the grips. The finish is absolutely perfect. If you guys keep talking, you are going to make me reconsider selling them. Thanks for all your help.
I have two 1903 Colt Pocket Pistols that I am thinking of selling. They are 32 automatics, both made in 1916 and in at least 90 percent condition, maybe better. One is blue, the other is chrome or nickel. What would be a fair asking price? Thanks.
I have a Smith Corona 1903 A-3 with a build date of April 1943 . It shoots very well and is also very accurate . It has a Remington barrel dated 9-43 . Was this a common practice to interchange barrels ? Will not having the correct Smith Corona barrel affect the value greatly ? Many thanks
