Finding parts for a Pacific might be difficult. did you try to post a wanted ad here or on other boards?
If Hornady bought Pacific it might be worth it to call their customer service and get some ideas too.
Good work! If more of us would take t.he time to share our sport with nonshooters half of the dumb ideas being spread around about guns and gun owners would disappear. Sounds like a great idea to make it a regular event
A friend gave me a box of these today to try in my 38spl/357mag loads. I have Unique, titegroup, and Bullseye powders. I don't have the Speer manual and the Lee and Hornady manuals don't show this bullet.
Another reloader told me the Speer #12 and 14 books show 140 gr. UCHP bullet using...
There is still some to be found at my local public range. Lots of new gun owners are practicing with purchased ammo and I am glad to pick up after them!
Here in Ohio shops are short on everything, I went to 2 different big box Gander mtn stores in a city I was visiting this weekend, hardly any powder in either one. the small local stores at home haven't had a new shipment of powder in quite some time.

what do you mean it goes up a little before going down? Is the bench flexing or is the press itself moving? Mine is rock solid.
Ask Lyman for a manual they will send one out to you for free.
Sounds like you are in business!

thanks for the advice.
I have a couple of auto repair shops owned by friends so I will look into availability of WW before I decide but at least I know what the ballpark expense will be now.
I 'd be making them for 357 mag and 38 spl so 158gr would do it and 200/hr would be fine with me...
thanks 308. I have been rearranging my tool workbench where the vise is set up so I think I will make up one of those rifle holders for it for cleaning purposes.

Definitely not carrying, even empty holsters would be seen as threatening. But the idea of a march for the 2nd Amendment is not a bad one, and would generate a lot of coverage. Maybe the NRA or other groups would get behind this idea and promote it, would give a lot of press time to explain why...
Shelves are pretty bare here as far as reloading supplies and ammo generally, its flying off the shelf when it does come in, both local small sporting goods stores as well as Walmart. Cabelas even looked low last time i was there about 3 wks ago. As for firearms, both the local dealers told me...
"Mine is from Harbor Freight Tools that I bought on sale for like $30. I like it, it works "
I have been watching their sales too...as soon as I see it go on sale i will get that one.
Looks heavy duty, but is it?
I found one on craigslist locally a couple of months ago, paid $75 maybe was a little high but it was in like new condition with both priming arms :) but I don't see them hardly at all.
