Ahh, now I see. The edges are softened enough for comfortable short term use. But it is what it is, a handle-less, 2 finger blade. If you need to cut more than 1 thing at a time, shoulda reached for a more appropriate blade.
"dramatic and sharp-edgy" works for me. :)
as for practical uses, I have only used it to cut some paracord (for the lanyard) and to shave a 2"x2" spot of hair off my leg. I don't really know why, but I was compelled to do so. Rough sharpened on a 220 belt, then freehand-final-sharpening on...
My son and I roughed this blade out over the weekend and I decided to I wanted to actually FINISH something tonite.
1095 acid etched
2" blade, 4" overall

Kevin Robinson (TIE Tactical) is making some really great kydex sheaths. And he's a member on THR...

Ok, I re-re-reread your original post, and I'm now wondering the same thing JShirley was asking. How are you looking to attach to the SERPA? Do you already have a...
Great idea as always! I can see a vertical forearm-grip being very handy for that one. as well as some type of teflon strips for the pump action to slide on...
And the new intro/outro is great as well!
