Since I have moved up to a Dill Progressive from a Lee Turret I have noticed some brass flakes in the bin where finished rounds go. They are real small or fine. Is this normal? Never used a collection bin before so I guess I have never noticed this.

Dumb Question, If the Bell isn't out of the case should it not even go in but part of the way, and not almost in excpet for an 1/16"?

The brass is within specs. All of it is once fired.
