1 in 50 NRA members vote in Board of Directors election.

As reported in America's First Freedom, page 57, June 2007.
Ollie North got the highest vote count at 79,470. Lowest number of votes for election was 54,488.

But remember that most NRA members are in the "annual member" catagory and they can't vote unless they have five consecutive years of unbroken membership. Send in your renewal check one day late and the 5-year clock starts anew.

Over 90% of voters vote for the Nominating Committee slate. Even someone who has been a Director for 15 years can't get reelected if he's not among the chosen. Ask David C. Jones who he pi**ed off.
