I use this Allen buttstock shell holder with pouch -- I have one on my Winchester 94 and another on my Remington 597:

Obviously, you won't need the ammo loops for the 10/22, but the pouch would comfortably hold a number of 10-round mags. As a bonus, the Allen buttstock add-on also has a padded cheek weld which I find comfortable.
In case you're interested, here's a "real world" look at the accessory on my Winchester. The butt end might look a little odd because I have a Pachmayr recoil pad under it...

If you're talking about the standard, ten round mag try the double SKS speed loader pouch for fit. Then you've got to sew on some elastic to fit the stock. May work...I donno...

maybe revolver speed loader pouches would work if you sew them to an elastic stock band
