Depends on what your goal is. Some companies offer lighter 135-165 gr loads that are really fast and show impressive energy numbers. But 10mm in my opinion is really meant for 180 gr or heavier loads to be used for hunting or large animal defense.
With that in mind Buffalo Bore or Double Tap are the hottest I've seen. I have some 200 gr hardcast loads from Double Tap that went 1315 fps over my chronograph. I think Buffalo Bore offers 220 gr loads. Not sure about what kind of speeds they get.

Pretty good article about the so called "best" 10mm ammo and their appropriate usage. Being posted in the hunting forum I'm assuming the purpose is hunting. But unless we are talking bear defense, the ammo does not have to be the most powerful, just the most accurate and loaded with a bullet that performs well terminally on the intended game. Used to be about the only factory ammo available for 10mm was either for target or SD/HD. Both are typically different than handgun ammo designed for hunting, This is why the stigma still remains that one needs to handload the caliber if one is looking for hunting ammo. Lately, the 10mm has gained popularity as a hunting tool and ammo manufacturers have stepped up to the plate giving folks that hunt with 10mm a wider choice and variety.
Handgun hunting is harder than most folks realize. You do not have the range you do with a long gun, nor do you have the velocities that help reliably expand a bullet and provide for the hydrostatic shock that widens and deepens the wound channel. Bullet placement and the patience needed to wait for a good clean shot at reasonable handgun distance, trumps those few more FPS's, that many folks believe is paramount. Having ammo that is affordable and comfortable enough to shoot to become proficient is also key, because getting proficient enough to legitimately hunt with a handgun takes a lot of ammo....another far cry from long guns. If one has fixed sights on their 10 mm, than finding hunting ammo that shoots to POA is much harder than just buying the box touting the most FPS's.
Now all of that get thrown out, if one is just looking for bear defense and waits till the gun is halfway down the bear's mouth before the trigger is pulled.

The hogs I shoot with Underwood 200 gr FN rounds don't seem to enjoy the experience.

I use Underwood Ammunition for SD. Reloads for range.
My 2 favorites are the 165 gr Gold Dot JHP for my 3.8” barreled Spring field XDM Elite and 220 gr Hardcast for my G20. The XDM is for city carry and I use th G20 in Bear country. Here’s their offerings.
