I am looking at trading/selling a S&W 386NG towards a Glock 10mm. This is not for CCW I already have Glock 9's & j frame for that.
The 10mm will serve 3 roles for me.
It will be a harder kicking pistol that has same controls as my 9mm CCW pistols, so it will help improve my recoil control skills.
It will also be carried when hiking and when out on the "ranch" with my SO & her horses.
It will probably be used as backup handgun when hunting with my 44 magnum, until/unless I get a second 44.
I have owned 1911 10mm in the past, still have some boxes of doubletap ammo around, so I am used to the 10mm. DON'T have any questions about the caliber. Got rid of that because though I like 1911's they just don't work for me well for faster shooting. I am all glocks and revolvers for handguns, that is what works for me.
So just trying to decide what Glock 10 mm to get first. I will probably get both eventually but will only have money for one in the near future.
Not that I think it matters for this but it will be a SF frame.
