I'm really wanting a 10mm longslide to get into reloading as well as for use as a hunting sidearm.

Javalina 7" 10mm
The Javalina 7" looked silly to me at first but now it is at the top of my list. I'm just starting to reload 10mm and I love 1911's, so having a 7" 10mm 1911 to use for developing and testing new 10mm reloads sounds great.

S&W 610 10mm revolver
I do not own even one revolver and while the 6.5" 610 looks great in stainless, I question whether I will really enjoy shooting it like to do most autoloaders.

Custom Caspian or STI 10mm longslide 1911
All I can say is that while this would be great, it will likely cost well over $1200, anything over $1000 is out of my possible budget.

Glock 20L 6" slide
I have wanting one of these off and on over the last year. I love the feel of my G29 but all Glock 20's (actually all full-size Glocks) that I have held and shot just feel wrong to me. It is possible that an earlier generation G20 w/o the finger grooves would feel right to me. Local shop usually has a few used G20's both early and 3rd gen finger grooves for $389-$429. Again cost will be a factor as I seem to recall that a 20L/21L conversion is around $600-$700 plus the cost of buying a Glock 20.

Did the Javalina ever come in a 6" slide? What can you tell me about Springfield Omega 10mm?

Which longslide 10mm would you choose and why?

Not a reloader, but I seem to recall past 10mm discussions in which folks mentioned that the 610 can be bored out to accept an even longer 10mm Magnum cartridge, yet still be able to take 10mm and .40S&W.

If you're not big into revos now, perhaps the 610 would be the model that would change that for you?

I voted Glock which is amazing if you know me but it's a tie between that and the S&W 610. Like the fact that the S&W can easily also take 40S&W loads and I like the capacity of the Glock.

Except for the Javalina, I don't have any experience with the others so I did not vote. The Javalina LS, at least mine, is not worth the price of a High Point. I use it for parts now. (The lower is being used with a Marvel .22 upper.)

I do have the 10mm and .45 ACP Witness Hunter on my list, though.

Thanks for the opinions, let me first tell you that all I have in 10mm is full-size, high capacity except for my Glock 29. I also have a Witness 10mm MATCH and a Para-Ordnance P-16 converted to 10mm.

The 610 may be the one revolver that would change the way I view them. Would be nice not to have to chase all my precious 10mm brass when I don't want to and just use the 610.
