Could you guys point me to some load data for 80-100% power 357 magnum loads for a 148 grain WC bullet? Not hollow base soft bullets like most of the load data I find. Thanks!

Lyman & Lee manuals have a lot of loads for them.
6.0 Unique will give you about 1,000 FPS.

From 2004 Alliant data, 148gr LWC Fed.200 min.OAL 1.33" 5.7gr(Max) of Bullseye for 1,475fps @ 34,000psi from a 5.6" test barrel. I would work up from 4.2gr. barrel leading could be a problem if you push them to fast.
I have loaded Speer 148gr BBWC(swaged) with 4.5gr of Bullseye w/WSP or GM-100 with good results from a 2.75" barrel .357mag. with minimal leading
