170 gr Hornady FP 308 bullets

I have some 170 gr FP Hornady 308 bullets, I know they should work fine in my 300 Winchester Magnum, but I don't seem to be able to find any load data for them.

Because it's a low velocity 30-30 bullet

I use that bullet in .30-30 level loads. It's my understanding that it was designed for that level of velocity. Your magnum, if loaded down to ~2400 fps should work well on deer size critters. Rod

You might trade someone for an appropriate bullet. Or make h4895 reduced loads.
