Does anyone know where I can find some .177 non-lead pellets? I have a crosman 1088 and all I have are lead pellets. I really want some non-lead pellets instead. thanks in advance for the help.

yes ive tried that and havent really come up with a definite answer besides Gamo Raptor Pellets... I was wondering if anyone could recommend one

enviromental purposes...and I hate having the lead on my fingers after loading a clip of pellets..

Only recommendation I can make is avoid the ones that are made of steel and plastic. I've heard bad things about those turning sideways in the bore and ruining the gun.

It also sounds like you may be using Daisy lead pellets. At least, that's the only brand I've used that left lead on my fingers (they really stunk, too, literally). Crosman and Copperhead pellets are pretty clean, in my experience.

yea I have Crosman Premier pellets...definitely leave residue on my fingers.. I couldnt find anything on a box of crosman pellets that says lead free or anything.

I bought some at Wally World which were, I believe, aluminum with a gold colored plating on the outside. They came in a small clear bullet shaped blister card and were advertised to give 25% more velocity. I don't know if the velocity increased that much or not but it went from subsonic with lead pellets to supersonic from my Diana mod. 48/52, or I assumed that's what the crack of the report signified, anyway. Sorry I can't remember what name they went by, but I'm an old guy so it's just lucky I remembered as much as I did.
